About
I grew up inside an old-school manufacturing business. Not in boardrooms, but on factory floors. I spent my 20s watching how trust is built, margins are protected, and how a single operational mistake can ripple across customers, suppliers, and teams. Today, I help lead Aastha Aluminum Structures Pvt Ltd — a company focused on industrial access systems, scaffolding, ladders, and safety infrastructure across India. Manufacturing teaches you something early: Scale exposes chaos. As operations grow, complexity multiplies. Decisions become layered. Coordination becomes harder. Execution becomes fragile. That’s where my thinking shifted. I became deeply interested in systems — how businesses are designed, how workflows compound, how decisions improve when they are structured. Technology, and more recently AI, became a natural extension of that curiosity. Not as hype, but as operating leverage. Inside Aastha, that means: • Designing processes that don’t depend on heroics • Turning repetitive work into structured workflows • Using data to strengthen judgment, not replace it • Building a company that thinks in loops, not reactions As a second-generation entrepreneur, I don’t see my role as preserving what was built. I see it as architecting what scales. AI is simply one of the tools that helps us do that with more clarity and less friction. I’m particularly interested in how legacy and family-led businesses evolve without losing their values, i.e., how intelligence can amplify tradition rather than erase it.
