About

Most brands are optimising for a search behaviour that already changed. Your buyer doesn't type "best CRM for startups" into Google anymore. They ask ChatGPT. They watch a 22-minute review on YouTube. They read the AI Overview and never click through. Three surfaces. Three different games. Most teams are still playing one. I build distribution across all three. What that's looked like: ↳ Podcast channel: 0 → 10K subs in ~100 days ↳ Creator channel: 0 → 20K subs, 10M views, under 90 days ↳ One video: 45K → 1M views, from packaging alone ↳ Ad campaign: 3.3M views, strategy to amplification, 45 days ↳ B2B SEO: 110 MQLs in 17 months, organic traffic 2X'd in 10 ↳ Long-form production: idea to live in 14 days Here's how we think about the work: We don't sell edits. We sell retention. We don't sell thumbnails. We sell CTR. We don't sell marketing services. We sell distribution. I run GrowthOS. Small team, operator-heavy, nobody sitting between you and the people doing the work. Building on YouTube, or trying to work out whether AI search is about to eat your organic traffic?
